Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

Important: On-site in Berlin.

We are growth partners for over 100 of the largest German B2C brands such as AG1, AirUp, TOOM Baumarkt & Smilodox, and are currently looking for Creative Strategists (m/f/d).

As a Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the development and implementation of creative concepts along the entire creative process and will actively shape the further development of our clients and our team.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the creative process for top brands in DACH
• Creation of scripts for organic content, advertisements, and campaigns
• Close collaboration with the founders
• Analysis of KPIs and continuous optimization of assets
• Top 1% Creative Training worth €100k+

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Creative Strategy – ideally in an agency or brand environment
• Good feel for social media trends & best performers
• Strong communication skills and a genuine feel for people
• Full availability and the willingness to go the extra mile
