Your Role

You are the creative heart of Soulhouse's social media presence—and at the same time the methodical mind behind it. You edit videos that work. You think in formats that go viral. You know how to make a moment from an opening, a treatment, or a wellbeing thought that lasts.

You are not only responsible for daily content—you are the person who lives and further develops the social playbook and ensures that all channel standards are met. What's in the playbook comes to life through you.

And you are AI-first: together with our tech team, you build the workflows that make content production scalable—from trend analysis to asset delivery. This is not a bonus, this is part of the role.

Your Core Responsibilities

Creative Excellence: Conception and production of social content at an execution level: Reels, responsive ads, viral formats, video cuts, carousels, statics. You know what works on Instagram and TikTok—and can implement it yourself.

Outlet Responsibility & Playbook: You manage the Soulhouse social channel completely: editorial planning, quality assurance, brand hygiene. You are responsible for compliance with and further development of the social playbook—the channel's standards are in your hands.

Campaign & Event Management: Independent management of social campaigns and brand moments—from conception to evaluation. Management of freelancers and external service providers.

AI-First Social Studio: Co-building and operating an AI-supported content workflow: trend analysis, topic translation into Soulhouse language, Canva integration, asset delivery. In close coordination with the tech team.

Third-Party Content & Community: Conception of guest formats, expert collaborations, and external voices.

Requirements

What You Bring

Professional Experience: 4–7 years in social media management or content creation, ideally with brand or agency experience.

Creative Excellence: You edit videos, develop formats, think in trends—and have a portfolio that demonstrates this. Responsive ads, Reels, viral content are not foreign terms.

Playbook & Process Thinking: You can operationalize, document, and continuously develop standards. You have already built your own systems and SOPs.

Campaign Strength: You have independently managed social campaigns—from conception to freelancer coordination.

AI-First Mindset: You don't just use AI tools for text—you think in workflows and automations. You can intellectually grasp and co-develop concepts like content agents.

Brand & Platform Understanding: You know how a premium wellbeing brand sounds and appears—on Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.

Tools: CapCut, Captions, Canva, Asana, Confluence, Claude, and other AI tools are your daily business.

Language: Fluent German and English—strong and precise in writing in both languages. You write captions, ad copy, and campaign copy at a premium level.

Nice to have: Experience with brands from the self-care and/or FMCG sector, experience with creator collaborations and community formats.
