Do you understand social media as a place where brand, community, and commercial goals come together? As a (Senior) Social Media Manager (m/f/d), you will strategically, creatively, and data-drivenly develop our social media presence in the fashion sector.

What You Will Master

• You will be responsible for our social media channels, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and will further develop our organic social media strategy.
• The content process, from idea and planning through creation, editing, and English copywriting to publication, is your responsibility.
• Whether it's a campaign, seasonal activation, or current trend – you will develop social-first content that suits the platform, target audience, and performance goal.
• Our community is important to you: You will manage English-speaking community management and continuously expand the interaction with it.
• You will analyze relevant social media KPIs and derive concrete optimizations for content, formats, and channels from them.
• You will manage UGC and influencer collaborations from creator selection and briefing through negotiations and activation to evaluation, keeping budget, performance, and usage rights in mind.
• You will maintain close contact with Brand, Performance Marketing, CRM, Merchandise, and external partners.
• Curiosity drives you: You will test new social media and social commerce formats; a live shopping test is next.
• You will take on the professional supervision of a working student and provide regular feedback.

What You Bring

• Several years of relevant professional experience in social media management, and you can manage channels independently and strategically, ideally in the fashion, recommerce, or e-commerce sector, as well as experience with Shopify, live shopping, or other social commerce formats.
• You can conceptualize, create, edit, and write social content yourself in German and English, tailored to the target audience.
• You have experience in UGC creator and/or influencer management, including briefing, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
• You work data-driven and combine creative ideas with commercial thinking.
• You take ownership, set clear priorities, and reliably manage multiple topics and stakeholders – ideally with initial experience in the professional guidance of junior staff.
• You speak and write fluent German and English (min. C1) – our social media channels and their content are in English.
• You are proficient with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, as well as content tools like Canva, InShot, or CapCut.
