What exactly does Cordes Consulting GmbH do?

We are an advertising agency that helps craft businesses get more applications from skilled workers in the region through innovative social media strategies. We market medium-sized companies as attractive employers on social networks. To do this, we are looking for new social media managers (m/f/d) to support more clients in building their employer brand.

Salary: Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d): €4,800 gross per month.

Your Areas of Responsibility (after thorough onboarding):

• Planning and creation of online marketing content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

• Planning, design, and creation of posts and paid advertisements for our clients

• Preparation, planning, and execution of exciting social media projects

• Design, planning, and creation of social media presences

• Placement and creation of online marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

• You will support our online marketing team in monitoring the success of ongoing campaigns

• Regular exchange with our project management and clients on current and future campaigns

• At least four years of relevant professional experience in marketing, media, communication, or social media management.

• Interest in the topics of marketing, media, and communication. A degree and/or training in this direction is an advantage, but not mandatory.

• Good prior knowledge in the areas of social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), especially online marketing, is required.

• Analytical-methodical and structured thinking, organizational skills, result- and solution-orientation, as well as strong team orientation, combined with a confident demeanor, an independent work style, and a high degree of communication skills.

• The ability to follow existing processes.

• Quick comprehension and high discipline.

• Strong communication skills and a keen sense for precision.

• Clean and error-free written German expression.
