Senior Social Media Manager (fluent German)

To this role, fluent German language is required, written and spoken. You will work daily with content, clients, and strategies in German. Level required C1 advanced or C2.

We at SaphirSolution are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can help us on the organic social media side at a very good level, with a clear focus on the German market.

What awaits you

• Develop and implement organic social media strategies for B2B and B2C clients in Germany.

• Create and produce high-quality organic content that strengthens brands and grows communities over time.

• Plan social media roadmaps, content formats, and campaigns that work without paid ads support.

• Analyze data, understand what works, and transform results into clear actions.

• Identify trends in time and decide what deserves integration into the content strategy.

• Coordinate UGC initiatives, create clear briefs for creators, and help build brand ambassadors.

• Develop and manage personal brands, from content structure to posting routine.

• Manage channels such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, and can evaluate logical new platforms.

What we're looking for

• Practical experience of several years in organic social media, B2C, and B2B.

• Fluent German language, written and spoken, level C1 or C2.

• Very good content strategy skills and editorial planning abilities.

• Experience in creating content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.

• Good visual sense and attention to storytelling, tone, and adaptation on each platform.

• Ability to work with data and KPIs without losing focus on organic growth.

• Experience with UGC and personal brand development.

• Good communication skills, autonomy, and security in client relationships.

• Creativity, structure, and the desire to take responsibility.
