- Community Management: You actively manage our communities, interact with followers, and analyze engagement rates.
- Analysis & Reporting: You evaluate campaigns, derive optimizations, and contribute ideas for new formats.
- Teamwork: You work closely with graphic design, video, and marketing to ensure our brand communication is consistent and creative.
Your Profile
- You have experience in social media or content marketing – ideally in an agency or project environment.
- You are proficient on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- You are at home in content production (text, image, video).
- You also have experience with multichannel tools (e.g., for planning, deploying, and analyzing campaigns).
- You are familiar with performance marketing, paid ads, and analysis tools.
- Very good German and English language skills complete your profile.
What Awaits You
- Work Environment & Organization: You enjoy working in our office in Munich and value personal interaction within the team. Additionally, you can work from home one day a week. You manage your working hours independently within our company requirements.
- Workation: By arrangement, up to 4 weeks of EU workation per year are possible. If you choose Fuerteventura, we will additionally support you with flights, accommodation, and a rental car.
- Freedom to Shape & Responsibility: With us, you take on responsibility, actively contribute your ideas, and work in an environment with short decision-making paths and no rigid processes.
- Modern Location: Look forward to an ergonomic workplace in Munich with a height-adjustable desk, plenty of greenery from plants, an open atmosphere, and short decision-making paths.
- Attractive Benefits: Monthly deposit into your Employee Card, subsidies for mobile and internet, bike leasing, car subscription, retirement provision & more.
