WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will conceptualize, design, and edit social media video ads for various brands based on storyboards – with a high standard for quality, platform suitability, and performance.
• You will continuously monitor TikTok and Instagram, recognize relevant trends and developments early on, and proactively contribute impulses and concrete recommendations for our content and creative work.
• You will work closely with your colleagues from the Performance, Media, and UGC departments, proactively manage creative collaboration, and ensure smooth exchange within the teams.
• As part of the Visual Content Team, you will actively develop our service portfolio and contribute your experience, creative perspective, and professional expertise to the further development of our services.
• You will support our marketing team with current, platform-appropriate content and advise on the development of relevant visual content.
• If applicable, you will independently develop and design creative video assets for paid social campaigns – from idea generation to final implementation.

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

• You have completed a degree or training in graphic design, communication design, media design, or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in the production, design, and editing of social media content and have already independently implemented projects and campaigns.
• You have in-depth knowledge of online marketing and ideally a good understanding of performance marketing as well as the evaluation and optimization of creative content.
• You can tell stories with images, develop a keen sense for dramaturgy, suspense, and aesthetics, and independently translate briefings into compelling visual concepts.
• You have a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, brand worlds, and platform-appropriate design, and ensure a consistent quality standard even with high output.
• You are a social media native, closely observe TikTok and Instagram, and recognize relevant trends and developments early on. From this, you independently derive impulses for our content and creative work.
• You are proficient and experienced with the Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Ideally, you also have experience with tools like Figma or Canva.
• You work in a structured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented manner and are confident navigating various tools, processes, and methods.
• You take responsibility for your projects, communicate proactively with internal teams, and can provide and receive feedback as a creative sparring partner.
• You are capable of working precisely, reliably, and results-oriented, even under time pressure, and confidently coordinating multiple projects and priorities.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile.
