Senior Social Media & Community Growth Lead (Full-time or Part-time, remote)

We're looking for someone who speaks Social Media fluently, loves community, and builds a brand through Content, Proximity, and Co-Creation.

Somone who understands how to touch people, activate them – and organically create reach.

Aufgaben

Brand & Storytelling (Social-first)

• Development of the 'Discover Europe' world & Brand Voice
• Telling producer- & product stories in modern, social-native formats
• Development of storylines & Social-Commerce content that feels like content – not advertising

Content & Social Media Leadership

• Development of a scalable Social Content strategy (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Buiding recognizable formats (Reels, Mini-Series, Behind-the-Scenes)
• Fuelling & briefing the content team for cutting, implementation & posting
• Ensuring that content goes live regularly, high-quality, and brand-appropriate
• Buiding a Social Commerce experience world (e.g. Live formats, Curated Collections)

Community Building & Co-Creation

• Buiding and actively managing the Youro community
• Development of Co-Creation formats (Challenges, Submissions, UGC, Community Roles)
• Buiding a Brand Ambassador program
• (Optional) On-camera presence for community formats and storytelling

Optional: Influencer & Creator Partnerships

• Selecting & approaching creators who fit the brand
• Buiding lasting creator relationships & a UGC pipeline
• Development of organic creator campaigns
• Steering collaborations (organic, low-budget, authentic)

Qualifikation

Must-haves

• Nachweislich Erfahrung im Aufbau von Communitys oder Social Accounts

• Hands-on Erfahrung mit Short-Video-Formaten (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Du sprichst Social Media fließend: Trends, Hooks, Formate, Creator-Lingo, Timing
• Erfahrung im Aufbau organischer Reichweite (Saves, Shares, viral Loops, Engagement)
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) for community communication & storytelling
• Hands-on-Mentalität: You test, learn, iterate – don't theorize
• Startup-Mentaliät: Ownership, speed, experimentation
• Gefühl für Ästhetik, Story, Rhythmus und Wiedererkennbarkeit

• Theoretical marketers who only know PowerPoint, frameworks or strategy folios
• Corporate marketing managers who only manage 10-person teams but don't implement anything themselves
• Graphic designers whose focus is on pretty visuals rather than community resonance
