What you can expect

• You will be responsible for customer projects independently and strategically – from the first idea to implementation, analysis, and reporting.
• You will develop comprehensive social media strategies and advise our customers on a level playing field regarding channels, formats, and trends.
• You will oversee the collaboration between customers, creation, editing, and performance marketing, ensuring a smooth project workflow.
• You will take over the professional leadership of projects, coordinate timings, budgets, and resources, and ensure the quality of results.
• You will recognize potential for further development of existing accounts and bring in proactive new ideas, formats, and measures.
• You will lead customer meetings, workshops, and strategy meetings independently.
• You will support pitches and new business projects and actively contribute to the development of our social media offering.

What you should bring

• 3-5 years of professional experience in Social Media Management, Account Management, or Project Management – ideally in an agency.
• Fundamental experience in strategic consulting and customer support for customers from various industries.
• A very good understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and current digital trends.
• Safe handling of relevant KPIs as well as experience in analyzing, interpreting, and presenting performance data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a confident demeanor towards customers.
• High self-responsibility, organizational strength, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in budget planning and stakeholder management.
• Safe handling of MS Office and common project management and social media tools.
• Hands-on mentality, strategic thinking, and the ability to maintain an overview even in dynamic situations.
• Fluent German skills and very good English skills are advantageous.
