Job description
The Senior Social Assistant will be an essential part of the Pod, responsible for accompanying families, mapping social, economic, and legal needs, and connecting patients and caregivers to available resources (public, private, and community-based). It is a strategic position: in addition to direct attendance via teleconsultation, it will play a central role in structuring social support processes and, in the future, contribute to the formation of a social service team. Responsibilities Realize tele-attendances with families, mapear needs, connect patients and caregivers to resources, estruturar processos de apoio social, contribuir para formação de equipe de serviço social.
