Senior Snowflake Consultant (m/w/d) - German speaking

We are looking for an experienced developer who wants to shape modern data platforms not only technically, but also actively steer snowflake projects, lead teams, and strategically advise customers in the banking sector?

You know Snowflake from practice, understand Data Platforms, Data Engineering, and Analytics not only technically, but also from a project, governance, and business perspective? You can structure requirements, coordinate stakeholders, set priorities, and ensure that quality, timeline, and budget align?

Aufgaben

Your new challenge

• You advise our customers on the conception and implementation of modern data platform and analytics solutions based on Snowflake
• You analyze requirements and accompany our customers in implementing new requirements, including documentation. At the customer, you function as an interface between IT and department.
• Fachliche Führung von Projektteams, Streams oder Teilprojekten
• Steuerung der wirtschaftlichen Performance von Projekten, inklusive Ressourcenplanung, Budgetkontrolle und Profitabilität
• Unterstützung beim Projekt-Sourcing, bei Pitches und Angebotsprozessen
• Unterstützung beim strategischen Client Management und beim Ausbau unseres Snowflake- und Data-Consulting-Portfolios

Qualifikation

You bring with you

• Completed studies in economics, (business-)informatics or comparable with high IT affinity.
• At least 5 years of experience in Data Engineering/Analytics Engineering/BI projects, ideally in the banking/financial services sector.
• Experience as a project manager and/or team manager
• Nachweisbare Praxiserfahrung in Snowflake: SQL, Datenmodellierung, Security & RBAC, Performance-Optimierung, sowie Erfahrung mit Data Lakes in Snowflake
• Kenntnisse bankinterner Prozesse und Produkten von Vorteil
• SnowPro-Zertifizierung (Core, Data Engineer oder Specialty Gen AI) or knowledge of Snowflake Intelligence and Cortex AI is desirable.
• Dynamische, kommunikative und eigenverantwortliche Persönlichkeit mit starken analytischen Fähigkeiten sowie einer kunden- und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise.
• Unternehmerisches Denken, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein klarer Blick für Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Kundennutzen
• Vereinbarungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch (Level C1), hohe Teamfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft.
