SENIOR SITE MANAGER - VICENZA - VENTILATED FACADES

Coiver Group, a leader since 1977 in the dry construction sector for civil and industrial buildings, specializing in interior finishes and real estate redevelopment of offices, hotels, and shopping centers, is looking for a Senior Site Manager to strengthen its team in the Vicenza area.

AREA OF INSERTION:

Construction: Ventilated facades and cladding sector.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Operational supervision of direct works and subcontracted works management, coordinating on-site resources;
• Operational supervision of material procurement, including receiving materials entering and leaving the construction site, managing the collection, issuance, and archiving of delivery notes (DDT);
• Management of correspondence and relationships with the client and/or site supervision, preparation of progress reports and offers for change orders during construction, submission of technical solutions.
• Constantly monitor internal work teams and subcontractors, verifying the correct execution of works, controlling the quality of the work, the use of suitable materials, and correct environmental conditions;
• Oversee aspects related to site safety, the correct use of PPE, compliance with PSC and POS provisions, as well as the need for temporary structures or scaffolding;
• Coordination with headquarters within the scope of the assigned project.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Diploma in C.A.T. (formerly Surveyor) and/or Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
• Proven previous experience in the role (Senior profile);
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Operational flexibility and orientation towards achieving goals;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Autocad, and Project;
• Good knowledge of Italian and English languages.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

• Permanent contract, application of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Metalworking Industry (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria), with an entry level commensurate with the candidate's actual skills.
• Indicative annual gross salary (RAL): € 33,000 - € 36,000 (commensurate with experience and contract entry level);
• Meal vouchers worth € 10.00 per day;
