In the context of fixed-term positions, we are looking for one of our clients based in the Neuchâtel Mountains:

• A Senior Site Manager in Civil Engineering experienced
• A Senior Site Manager in Building experienced

Your missions – Senior Site Manager in Civil Engineering

• Plan, organize and supervise the execution of civil engineering works (landscaping, roadwork, infrastructure).
• Ensure the follow-up and coordination of construction sites, from measurement to team management.
• Ensure good application of safety and quality standards on site.
• Participate in construction site meetings with clients, engineers, and architects.
• Manage construction site reports, work orders, bids, and tenders using computer tools.
• Lead and motivate your team to ensure efficient work and respect for deadlines.

Your missions – Senior Site Manager in Building

• Supervise building construction (large-scale, second-scale, finishing).
• Coordinate teams on site and ensure respect for the schedule.
• Control the quality of works and respect for technical standards and safety.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
• Manage material orders, daily reports, and construction site follow-ups.
• Be the guarantor of the smooth execution of works until delivery.

Your profile For both positions:

• A confirmed experience of more than 5 years as a site manager in the relevant field.
• Techincal training: CFC in building or civil engineering, ideally completed by a federal permit for a site manager or equivalent experience.
• Mastery of specific techniques related to the position (landscaping, roadwork, concrete for civil engineering / masonry, carpentry, finishing for building).
• Familiarity with computer tools for construction site management (bids, tenders, reports).
• A team player, autonomous and good relations with different stakeholders involved in the project.
• A driving license is essential.
