Do you like taking responsibility, making clear decisions, and reliably guiding complex projects to completion? Then we're looking for exactly you – a Senior Project Manager who is end-to-end responsible for Shopify customer projects and ensures clarity, stability, and quality.

Your Mission

• You manage complex Shopify customer projects end-to-end – from kick-off to go-live

• As Project Lead, you take responsibility for quality, scope, and results

• You structure projects clearly, set priorities, and ensure transparent decision-making processes

• You identify risks early, resolve conflicts of objectives, and guide projects safely through challenging decision-making phases

• You moderate decision-making rounds and stakeholder meetings in a way that creates clarity and commitment

• In selected early or decision-critical project phases, you structure requirements and jointly prepare robust decision-making foundations with UX & Tech for our Shopify projects

• You support proposal preparation for large RFPs with your conceptual experience

What you bring with you

• 5–7+ years of experience in project management of complex digital or tech projects (ideally agency or project-driven environment)

• Must-have: Profound experience with Shopify projects, ideally including Shopify Plus (e.g., app landscapes, migrations, interfaces, more complex setups)

• Experience as a project lead with functional project responsibility (not solely operational coordination)

• Very strong communication and moderation skills

• Structured, decisive way of working

• High level of personal responsibility and reliability

• Very good German and good English
