Senior Shopify Project Manager / Project Lead (m/f/d)

Then we are looking for exactly you: a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for Shopify customer projects end-to-end, ensuring clarity, stability, and quality.

• You will lead complex Shopify customer projects end-to-end, from kick-off to go-live

• As Project Lead, you will take responsibility for quality, scope, and results

• You will clearly structure projects, set priorities, and ensure transparent decision-making processes

• You will identify risks early, resolve goal conflicts, and guide projects safely through challenging decision phases

• You will moderate decision rounds and stakeholder alignments in such a way that clarity and commitment arise

• In selected early or decision-critical project phases, you will structure requirements and, together with UX & Tech, prepare robust decision-making bases for our Shopify projects

• You will support with your conceptual experience in preparing proposals for large RFPs

• 5–7+ years of experience in project management of complex digital or tech projects (ideally agency or project-driven environment)

• Sound experience with Shopify projects, ideally including Shopify Plus (e.g., app landscapes, migrations, interfaces, more complex setups)

• Experience as a Project Lead with functional project responsibility (not exclusively operational coordination)

• Very strong communication and moderation skills

• Structured, decisive way of working

• High level of personal responsibility and reliability

• Very good German and good English
