Do you enjoy taking responsibility, making concrete decisions, and guiding complex projects to completion in an organized and reliable manner? Then we are looking for you — a Senior Project Manager who will manage Shopify projects for clients comprehensively, from start to finish, ensuring clarity, stability, and quality of execution.

Your mission

• End-to-end management of complex Shopify projects for clients — from kick-off to go-live

• As Project Lead, take responsibility for project quality, scope, and outcome

• Clearly structure projects, set priorities, and ensure a transparent decision-making process

• Identify risks early, resolve goal conflicts, and safely guide projects through demanding decision-making stages

• Moderate decision-making meetings and stakeholder agreements in a way that ensures clarity and concrete commitments

• At selected early or key project stages, structure requirements and collaborate with UX and Tech teams to prepare a solid foundation for Shopify project decisions

• Leverage conceptual experience in preparing proposals for large Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

What we expect from you

• 5–7+ years of experience in managing complex digital or technological projects (agency or project environment experience is a plus)

• Must-have: Very good experience in implementing Shopify projects, preferably also Shopify Plus (e.g., app ecosystems, migrations, integrations, more complex configurations)

• Experience in leading projects and taking responsibility for their execution — not solely in terms of operational coordination

• Very good communication and facilitation skills

• An organized and decisive approach to work

• High level of autonomy, responsibility, and reliability

• Very good command of German and good command of English
