- Influencing architectural decisions and best-practice approaches
- Helping uplift internal capability
- Strong experience across SharePoint Online, M365, and/or Dynamics 365 CE
- Solid Power Platform knowledge
- Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical mindset and love for learning
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- IT qualifications are an advantage
