As (Senior) ServiceNow Specialist - Hardware Asset Management (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of hardware asset management processes in a global company. Your tasks will include: • Implementation and configuration of ServiceNow instances for hardware asset management, including data migration and integration with other systems. • Development and maintenance of workflows, forms and business rules to support hardware asset management processes. • Configuration and customization of reports and dashboards to provide insights into hardware asset management KPIs. • Collaboration with stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements for hardware asset management processes. • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware asset management workflows, forms and business rules. • Continuous improvement of hardware asset management processes through process optimization and automation. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in IT or a related field. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow and its capabilities. • Experience with hardware asset management processes and tools. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
