We help organizations design scalable solutions, extend platform capabilities, and drive digital workflow transformation. We are currently looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a project focused on implementing ServiceNow ITOM Discovery CMDB CSDM. The main goal is to develop a comprehensive service desk solution using ServiceNow, focusing on incident management, problem management, and change management. Key responsibilities: • Design and implement ServiceNow workflows and business rules • Develop custom UI pages and widgets for the service desk • Integrate with other systems using REST API • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions • Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
