(Senior) ServiceNow Consultant

As Senior ServiceNow Consultant at KPMG, you play a crucial role in realizing smart, scalable ServiceNow solutions within challenging projects in an Agile environment. You connect the interests of diverse stakeholders and actively contribute to impactful transformations. You are closely involved throughout the entire trajectory – from strategic advice and design to implementation and optimization – and deliver a significant contribution to the quality of the solution. You work on projects where innovative technologies, such as AI and automation, take center stage.

You organize and facilitate acceptance tests, training sessions, and workshops for end-users and advise clients on process optimization, change management, and system configuration. You work together with developers on technical realization and ensure the quality of the solution. Additionally, you actively share your knowledge with colleagues and contribute to the growth of the ServiceNow team. Thanks to your experience and independence, you are the go-to person for content-related questions and ensure that clients get the most out of the ServiceNow platform.
