As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for: • Designing, implementing, and maintaining the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) • Developing and maintaining data models, workflows, and reports in ServiceNow • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs • Providing training and support to end-users on the use of ServiceNow • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in IT service management and ServiceNow • Participating in the development of the National Bank's IT strategy and roadmap The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in IT service management, preferably with ServiceNow • Strong knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and ServiceNow best practices • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Fluency in English, both written and spoken The National Bank offers: • A competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunities for professional growth and development • A dynamic and international working environment • Flexible working hours and remote work options • Access to training and certification programs • A comprehensive pension plan • 20 days of annual leave and 10 public holidays • A stimulating and challenging work environment The National Bank is an equal opportunities employer.
