Senior ServiceNow Administrator Lead

Summary We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator who will also serve as a Lead in implementing and supporting ServiceNow systems. This role involves hands-on management and guidance of junior members while ensuring platform stability and performance. Main Responsibilities The Senior ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the administration and governance of the ServiceNow platform: Act as the Lead ServiceNow Administrator, owning day-to-day platform administration and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide technical guidance and support to junior administrators, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize business requirements for the ServiceNow platform, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new features and enhancements. Develop and maintain documentation on best practices, procedures, and troubleshooting techniques for the ServiceNow platform. Ensure that all changes made to the platform are properly documented and auditable. Provide training and support to end-users on the use of the ServiceNow platform. Identify and address any technical issues or performance problems with the platform, working closely with the IT team to resolve these issues. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its features, functionality, and best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and releases in the ServiceNow platform, and apply this knowledge to improve the administration and governance of the platform.
