Senior Servicemanager

As Senior Service Manager, you are the driving force behind one or more platforms within the Portfolio and Partner Management service. You work closely together with various teams within the organization and report directly to the Strategic Business Partner. In this role, you will function as a link between the different teams and stakeholders, ensuring that the platforms are aligned with the overall strategy and goals of the organization. Your main tasks will be to manage and coordinate the development and maintenance of the platforms, to ensure that they meet the needs of the users and stakeholders, and to identify and prioritize new opportunities for growth and development. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and other relevant parties. In addition, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the field, and to apply this knowledge to improve the platforms and services offered by the organization.
