Senior, Service Operations Engineer (ACMV/HVAC/North)

Responsibilities: Lead and manage service operations within the Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, and HVAC industry. Oversee the day-to-day service operations, including maintenance, repair, and installation. Manage a team of technicians and ensure efficient and timely service delivery. Develop and implement service strategies to meet customer satisfaction and business objectives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide technical support and training to team members. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new services and solutions. Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
