Senior Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d) – IT Infrastructure

For an established IT service provider based in Vienna, we are looking for an experienced individual as a Senior IT Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will manage complex IT service landscapes, act as the central point of contact between customers, internal departments, and sales, and be responsible for the successful delivery and further development of IT services.

• Management and further development of an assigned customer portfolio
• Management of IT services with a focus on data center, network infrastructure, collaboration services, and client management
• Ensuring contractually compliant service delivery and service quality
• Customer communication and escalation management
• Support in account planning, strategy development, and business expansion
• Accompanying bids, contract management, and measures for service improvement

• Completed technical / business education or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Service Delivery Management, IT Customer Management, or IT Sales
• Experience with IT infrastructures and managed services (data center operations, network infrastructure, collaboration services, client management)
• ITIL knowledge and good technical understanding of IT services
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and a solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
