Senior Service Delivery Manager (m/w/x)

Tasks:

• Maintenance and negotiation of service contracts, ensuring SLA fulfillment, and steering and escalation of subcontractors - Building KPI frameworks, conducting performance and cost analyses, and regular reporting to management - Strategic resource planning for complex projects, identifying bottlenecks, and conducting risk analyses with a plan for measures - Customer relationship management for project-specific customer relationships, regular reviews, taking feedback, and developing customized solutions - Interface between customer and technical service, proactive, goal-oriented communication, both internally and externally - Introduction and monitoring of processes, leading workshops, and measures to reduce incidents

Qualifications:

• Tech or business education/study - Several years (ideally >3-5 years) of experience in project/service management - Excellent communication and analytical skills in collaboration with customers and internal interfaces - Performance evaluations and coordination of action items across departments - Secure analysis of KPIs, creation of strategic reports, and derivation of improvement measures - High customer and service orientation, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, as well as intercultural sensitivity - Negotiation-safe English language skills (at least B2 level)
