Senior SEO/GEO Manager (all genders)

Search is undergoing more fundamental changes than ever before: AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and autonomous shopping assistants are increasingly determining how people discover and buy products.

As Senior SEO/GEO Manager (all genders), you will take responsibility for our organic visibility – across classic search engines as well as AI-powered discovery platforms. You will combine technical SEO knowledge with experience in GEO, LLMs, and Agentic Commerce, ensuring that ARMEDANGELS is findable, understood, and recommended, without losing sight of our position as one of Europe's more sustainable lifestyle labels.

• You will be responsible for our global S(G)EO strategy across classic search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
• You will develop measures to maximize our visibility in Google Search, AI Overviews, and other AI search experiences.
• You will optimize content, page architecture, and technical SEO so that we are reliably captured by both search engines and LLMs.
• You will contribute to shaping our Agentic Commerce strategy, ensuring that our products are discoverable and actionable for autonomous AI shopping agents.
• You will define KPIs and reporting to make success measurable across classic and AI-powered discovery channels.
• You will work closely with Marketing & Product.

• You have completed vocational training or a degree in marketing, e-commerce, digital media, data science, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of experience in technical SEO and organic growth, ideally in international e-commerce.
• You have demonstrable experience with AI-driven SEO or Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• You have practical experience with Structured Data, Semantic Search, and Information Architecture.
• You are familiar with Agentic Commerce, AI shopping assistants, and Structured Product Data.
• You are proficient with GA4, Google Search Console, and common SEO tools.
• You speak very good German and English.
