Job Title: Senior SEO Specialist & ORM Lead Department: Digital Marketing Reporting to: Chairman Location: KR Mangalam Group Job Summary KR Mangalam University is looking for a Senior SEO Specialist with strong Online Reputation Management (ORM) expertise who can also provide strategic leadership to the digital marketing team . The role requires a mix of hands-on execution, strategic planning, reputation management, and team mentoring to strengthen the university’s digital presence and brand credibility. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for KR Mangalam University’s website and online platforms, ensuring optimal search engine rankings and increased visibility. • Conduct thorough competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Content, Social Media, Email Marketing) to ensure seamless integration of SEO efforts across all digital channels. • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring the development of their skills and expertise in SEO and ORM. • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to continuously improve and refine SEO strategies. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, faculty members, and external partners. • Manage and optimize online reputation by monitoring and responding to online reviews, comments, and social media posts in a timely and professional manner. • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to develop and execute ORM campaigns that promote positive brand awareness and mitigate negative online sentiment. • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of SEO and ORM efforts, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO and ORM, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving growth. • Proven expertise in keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and content marketing. • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
