Tasks

• Development, management, and operational implementation of comprehensive SEO and GEO strategies for customers from various industries.
• Conducting technical and content-based SEO analyses (e.g., with Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Sistrix, Semrush) and deriving prioritized recommendations.
• Ongoing monitoring of relevant KPIs and performance development, including reporting.
• Analyzing markets, competitors, and target groups to identify sustainable growth potential.
• Developing data-based content strategies and structured editorial plans along user journeys and business goals.
• Conceptualizing and conducting workshops and training sessions for customers and internal teams.

Qualification

• At least 5 years of experience in the SEO field – ideally in agency or consulting structures.
• Excellent analytical understanding, as well as confident handling of common SEO and web analysis tools (Search Console, GA4, Sistrix, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Able to understand SEO as an integral part of digital strategies and communicate it on different levels.
• Solid technical understanding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to evaluate requirements accurately and communicate with development teams at eye level.
