(Senior) SEO Manager:in

you will take responsibility for the strategic and operational further development of our SEO channel. You want to actively shape organic growth, think of SEO not just in terms of rankings but strategically, and combine analytical thinking with operational implementation? Then we are looking for exactly you!

• Building and further developing a sustainable SEO strategy: You will continuously develop our SEO strategy and identify new growth potentials, creating scalable topic and content structures for sustainable organic growth.
• Further developing technical SEO: You will further develop our technical SEO architecture together with E-Commerce and external IT, thus ensuring a stable and scalable technical SEO foundation.
• Establishing SEO, GEO & AI Search: You will further develop our organic Search strategy from SEO, Technical SEO, and Content to GEO and AI Search. You will identify new potentials and ensure that we are visible where people search and make purchasing decisions today and in the future.
• Creating clarity in our search You will independently evaluate Search Console and GA4, clearly separating organic from paid traffic, and identifying where we are cannibalizing ourselves with our own pages or keywords – and derive concrete measures from this.
• Controlling and prioritizing SEO measures: You will prioritize SEO measures based on data by business impact and resources and ensure clear decision-making processes.
• Creating synergy between Content & SEO: You will interlink content strategy and SEO, further develop optimization processes, and integrate SEO requirements technically and creatively into content, brand, and creative processes.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration & funnel thinking: You will coordinate cross-departmental SEO projects with E-Commerce, CRO, and the Visual Design Team and ensure that SEO is integrated into relevant processes early on. You will keep an eye on how search traffic translates into conversions along the entire funnel – for you, SEO success means not just visibility, but impact.
• Coordination with external publisher and affiliate partners: You will coordinate content-wise and strategically with our external publisher/affiliate partners, who play an important role for our visibility in the competitive balcony power plant market – the operational partner management lies externally, the SEO logic behind it with you.

• Several years of professional experience in SEO, ideally in an E-Commerce or agency environment with strategic responsibility.
• In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO, and data-driven optimization.
• Experience in developing and implementing sustainable SEO strategies.
• Confident, independent use of Search Console and GA4 – especially for separating organic and paid traffic and identifying keyword/content cannibalization.
• Experience or strong interest in GEO and AI Search as a fixed component of modern search strategies.
• Very good analytical skills and confident use of SEO and web analytics tools.
• Experience in prioritizing complex projects and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of funnel and conversion logic – you think beyond the pure ranking position.
• Structured, self-reliant way of working and strong communication skills.
• High affinity for data, processes, and continuous optimization.
