(Senior) SEO Manager 

you will take responsibility for the strategic and operational further development of our SEO channel. Do you want to actively shape organic growth, think of SEO not just in terms of rankings but as strategic, and do you combine analytical thinking with operational implementation? Then we are looking for exactly you! 

• Development and further development of a sustainable SEO strategy: You will continuously develop our SEO strategy and identify new growth potentials, creating scalable topic and content structures for sustainable organic growth. 
• Management and prioritization of SEO measures: You will prioritize SEO measures based on data according to business impact and resources and ensure clear decision-making processes.
• Further development of technical SEO: You will develop our technical SEO architecture together with e-commerce and external IT, thus ensuring a stable and scalable technical SEO foundation.
• Creating synergy between content & SEO: You will interlink content strategy and SEO, further develop optimization processes, and integrate SEO requirements in technical and creative ways into content, brand, and creative processes.
• Analyzing data and utilizing potentials: You will develop reporting and KPI structures for managing the SEO channel by analyzing performance data and deriving optimization measures for sustainable growth from it. 
• Establishing processes and standards: You will continuously develop our SEO processes and standards, creating scalable structures and efficient workflows. 
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: You will coordinate cross-departmental SEO projects with e-commerce, CRO, and the visual design team and ensure that SEO is integrated into relevant processes at an early stage.

• Several years of professional experience in SEO, ideally in e-commerce or an agency environment with strategic responsibility.
• In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO, and data-driven optimization.
• Experience in developing and implementing sustainable SEO strategies.
• Very good analytical skills as well as confident use of SEO and web analytics tools.
• Experience in prioritizing complex projects and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Structured, self-responsible way of working as well as strong communication skills.
• High affinity for data, processes, and continuous optimization.
