(Senior) SEO Manager (m/f/d)

With our 30+ account managers, designers, and developers, we serve clients such as immowelt, WWF Germany, and Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG).

Tasks

As an SEO Manager at LAUDO, you will lead the reach strategy for our agency and our clients. You will be responsible for the quality of every single project that leaves our agency, ensuring that our work is strategically convincing.

• Strategy & Conception: You will independently develop tailored SEO and content strategies that not only look good but also ensure excellent visibility and measurable success.
• Workshop Facilitation: You will delve deep into our clients' worlds, understand their communication challenges, and translate their SEO goals into clear roadmaps.
• Content Creation & Sparring: You will create content and manage our editorial and content team, always keeping performance in focus.
• Data-Driven Optimization: You will keep a close eye on performance metrics, keyword rankings, and visibility trackers to continuously derive smart recommendations for action.
• Interdisciplinary Teamwork: You will work together with design, dev, and AM colleagues to create holistic digital experiences.
• Strategic Customer Consulting: As a reliable consultant, you will support clients long-term and think outside the box in exchange with specialist teams from performance, SEO, and creation.

Qualification

• You have at least 3 years of practical experience as an SEO Manager, Content Strategist, or in a comparable role – ideally gained in a digital agency or on the client side.
• SEO is your domain, but you think beyond it: User guidance and strong UX are naturally part of successful online projects for you.
• Complex products, multi-layered stakeholder landscapes, and tricky communication tasks do not intimidate you – they awaken your ambition.
• You grasp topics lightning-fast and always hit the mark with your writing – perfectly tailored for both B2B and B2C target groups.
• You convince with a confident, empathetic demeanor and always advise clients solution-oriented at eye level.
• A broader understanding of online marketing, experience with CMS, and proficient use of tools like Sistrix, Google Analytics, or Hotjar complete your profile.
• You communicate fluently in German and express yourself very well in English.
