Your role:

As (Senior) SEO Manager / SEO Projektmanager (m/w/d), you will not only oversee individual SEO measures, but take responsibility for multiple customer projects simultaneously. You will keep the threads together, prioritize sensibly, steer internal and external stakeholders and ensure that from analyses, strategies and recommendations concrete results are achieved.

You are a professional contact person for our customers, think strategically with and set your ideas in motion: Instead of just delegating, you work directly in the operational implementation with and keep track of To-dos, timings and project goals.

Aufgaben

• You oversee multiple SEO projects parallel and keep goals, timings, priorities and next steps in mind
• You take on the professional and organizational responsibility for your customer projects and ensure as a central interface for clear and binding communication
• You develop individual SEO strategies, especially for e-commerce customers, based on market, competition and website analyses
• You set up SEO measures yourself and practically implement them – from technical optimization to on-page adjustments and creation of concrete content briefings and guidelines for our content team
• You plan, steer and monitor SEO campaigns and ensure that agreed-upon measures are reliably implemented – also by you yourself
• You deal with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and develop strategies as well as concrete approaches to make customer content visible in KI-gestützten such environments like ChatGPT & Co.
• You prepare reports, status updates and result presentations and explain developments and next steps clearly and consultatively
• You combine SEO expertise with project management, customer communication and implementation strength

Qualifikation

• You have several years of experience in the SEO field, ideally in an agency or environment with multiple parallel projects
• You are used to managing multiple customers, topics and priorities simultaneously
• You bring experience in on-page SEO, off-page SEO and content marketing and implement measures yourself
• You have a good understanding of e-commerce, websites, content structures and technical SEO fundamentals
• You have experience in customer communication and appear professionally, bindingly and consultatively
• You can structure projects, prioritize To-dos and drive them forward independently
• You think not only in analyses but also in implementation, effect and results
• You work reliably, organized and solution-oriented
• You can present relevant reference sites and concretely explain how you improved visibility with specific measures
• PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE WITH GEO IS DESIRED; WHAT'S MORE IMPORTANT IS THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THE INCREASING IMPORTANCE OF KI-GESTÜTZTEN SUCH ENVIRONMENTS LIKE CHATGPT ETC. FOR SEO, THINK ABOUT IT AND BE READY TO ADAPT TO CHANGING REQUIREMENTS
• You have secure German language skills in writing and speaking
