Senior SEO & GEO Manager (m/f/d)

Do you want to build organic visibility that is reliably effective in Google as well as in AI answer systems? Then take over the further development of our SEO and GEO strategy at auxmoney and implement it end-to-end. You will work closely with marketing stakeholders, make data-driven prioritizations, and coordinate strategic guidelines and directional decisions closely with your lead. The goal is a measurably stronger presence of the brand and entity auxmoney in search engines, AI answers, and relevant external sources.

• Develop Strategy Further: You will further develop and independently implement the SEO and GEO strategy for auxmoney.
• Derive Opportunities: You will identify potentials in classic and AI-powered search systems and derive concrete measures from them.
• Optimize Content: You will create and optimize SEO and GEO-relevant content such as websites, blog posts, and landing pages.
• Gain Insights: You will conduct keyword, search intent, SERP, prompt, and competitor analyses and translate results into clear priorities.
• Implement On-Page: You will implement on-page measures, for example in the areas of site structure, internal linking, content, snippets, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Measure Performance: You will monitor rankings, organic traffic and performance, as well as brand mentions and source references in AI-generated answers.
• Expand Visibility: You will strengthen the visibility of the brand and entity auxmoney in search engines, AI answers, and relevant external sources.
• Work Model: You will work flexibly, and when it makes sense for collaboration, you will ideally come to our Düsseldorf office 1 to 2 times per month.

• SEO Expertise: You have at least five years of experience in SEO, ideally as an SEO Manager.
• Holistic View: You have a very good understanding of search intent, content strategy, as well as on-page, technical, and off-page SEO.
• GEO Experience: You have practical experience with GEO, AI Search, or optimizing visibility in AI-powered search systems.
• Data and Tools: You are familiar with common SEO, GEO, and web analytics tools and can reliably interpret data and translate it into actions.
• LLM Understanding: You understand the importance of LLMs, entities, knowledge graphs, and external brand signals for SEO and GEO.
• Hands-on Mentality: You work in a structured, data-driven manner and pragmatically implement topics.
• Ownership: You prioritize measures independently, implement them, and continuously evaluate their impact.
• Market Understanding: You follow the development of search engines and AI-driven search systems and derive concrete recommendations from them.
• Language Level: You communicate fluently in German (C2) and very well in English (B2).
