Your Tasks 💡

SEO & AI Search Strategy

• Development of comprehensive SEO- & AI-Search-strategies for ambitious customers
• Optimization on classical Google search and AI-driven search systems
• BUILDING scalable content and topic structures that deliver real business impact

Project & Customer Responsibility

• Solo management of your projects – from strategy to results
• Sparring on eye level with decision-makers
• Focus on real impact and customer results, not to-do lists

Innovation & Further Development

• Active testing of new AI-Search approaches and trends
• Further development of internal processes, playbooks & standards
• Active contribution to the further development of VDB Digital

Qualification

You bring this 🧠

• Multiple years of experience in the SEO field (agency or in-house)
• Strong strategic understanding plus clean implementation
• Experience with complex SEO projects
• A proven track record with successful SEO projects
• A very good sense for high-quality content, technology & performance
• A high level of self-expectation and ownership mentality
• A hunger and drive to make customer projects really successful
• Experience with AI Search, LLMs or AI Overviews
• Consulting mindset and entrepreneurial thinking
