📝 Your Role

In a nutshell: you embody security on a daily basis with all teams, working in tandem with our Security Engineer. Your primary focus is the product: understanding what we are building, analyzing risks as early as possible, negotiating what is necessary within features, and driving corrections with those who write the code.

Your Impact: our solutions are used routinely in over 200 healthcare facilities. Security is not a theoretical subject here: it conditions the trust of caregivers and the protection of patient data. You will build truly effective security, not a façade.

Your Daily Routine:

• Engage with product and engineering teams, understand what they are building and how they work, and be the person they naturally turn to.

• Analyze the security of projects and features at the earliest stage, and negotiate critical trade-offs without blocking deliveries.

• Manage the correction of vulnerabilities and pentest findings: prioritization based on real risk, follow-up until remediation.

• Provide teams with truly adoptable security techniques, solutions, and 'by design' processes.

• Detect, qualify, and handle security incidents, and then draw lessons from them.

• Implement the security program and compliance program in a highly regulated environment.

⚙️ You are the right person if you know how to:

• Analyze the security of a product, project, or feature as early as possible.

• Prioritize vulnerabilities and pentest findings based on real risk, then manage their correction with the teams writing the code.

• Negotiate security trade-offs within the scope and deadlines of a feature, without blocking delivery.

• Design truly adoptable 'by design' security rules, techniques, and processes.

• Detect, qualify, and handle a security incident, then derive lasting improvements from it.

• Communicate credibly with teams on the fundamentals of application and cloud security.

📃 You are the right person if you have already:

• An engineering degree or equivalent.

• At least 5 years of experience in a technical environment, with a significant portion in security.

• Solid experience within a SaaS services company.

• Led a cross-functional project from end to end with multiple teams.

• Used professional English, both written and spoken.

It's a plus if you:

• Have worked in a highly regulated environment, particularly in healthcare, with ISO 27001 or NIS2.

• Have led security awareness or enablement initiatives.

• Have experience with orchestrator or harness-driven development tools, and have created reusable skills or agents.
