Job description
Job Description Responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety programs of contractors and the manager, ensuring conformity with legal requirements and customer needs, focusing on zero accidents with absenteeism. Main Responsibilities: Supervise the implementation of health and safety management programs of contractors and the manager. Promote meetings and follow-up routines, consolidate information and prepare SSO reports. Coordinate the process of mobilization and training for employees, as well as monitoring and control of incidents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in health and safety management;
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
