As a Senior SEA Venture Builder & Fundraising Leader, you will be responsible for building and scaling our portfolio companies in Southeast Asia, identifying new investment opportunities, and leading fundraising efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Build and scale our portfolio companies in Southeast Asia by providing strategic guidance, operational support, and network access. • Identify new investment opportunities in Southeast Asia and lead due diligence efforts. • Develop and execute fundraising strategies for our portfolio companies, including investor outreach, pitch preparation, and deal negotiation. • Collaborate with the Redesign Health team to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for our portfolio companies. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity in Southeast Asia. Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or a related field. • Strong network and relationships in Southeast Asia's startup ecosystem. • Proven track record of building and scaling successful startups. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
