Senior SEA / Performance Marketing Manager/-in (m/w/d) - 40-100%

SFXonline is a small, fine full-service internet agency in Weingarten – right in the Lake Constance holiday region. We develop comprehensive e-commerce solutions and offer web services from one hand. So we help our customers navigate the online jungle, plan projects cleverly, bring them on track, and make them successful in the long run. Since 2000, we have been bringing online shops to life and helping medium-sized clients in DACH achieve a performance boost without any fuss, but with special effects.
As of now, we are looking forward to welcoming an Online / SEA / Performance Marketing Manager/-in in part-time (16-32 hours per week) in the Weingarten area (in the beautiful Lake Constance holiday region).

Aufgaben

• You manage five to eight SEA accounts with a cumulative high six-figure annual ad spend.
• You are the first point of contact for our customers' marketing questions and develop marketing goals, strategies, and optimizations with them.
• You develop search, shopping, and display strategies in Google Ads & Microsoft Ads – from keyword research to ad text.
• You connect data sources (GA4, Merchant Center, GTM, Idealo Feeds, etc.) and keep tracking clean.
• You optimize bidding strategies, ad extensions, and feeds continuously – always with a view to ROAS & Profit.
• You solve minor MarTech puzzles independently; when stubborn knots arise, our Dev colleague supports you.

Qualifikation

• You bring at least two years of experience in SEA / PPC / Performance Marketing with e-commerce accounts.
• You are well-versed in Google Ads and Shopping/Pmax campaigns are your specialty.
• You have an analytical mind that you can also convey effectively in customer conversations.
• You formulate clearly, precisely, and target-group-oriented in German.
• You seek a permanent employment contract and not a freelance model.
• You score extra points with e-commerce & shop system experience.
