Senior SEA Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the SEA strategy across Google Ads and relevant paid search platforms, and continuously evolve our campaigns.

• You will take responsibility for budget planning, campaign management, and the achievement of defined performance goals.

• You will analyze campaigns and independently identify opportunities to increase efficiency, conversions, and growth.

• You will continuously optimize keywords, ads, target groups, bidding strategies, and landing pages, and derive concrete measures from this.

• You will work closely with the management team and support your mentor(s) in strategic decisions in the area of paid search.

• You will independently develop SEA projects from conception through implementation to scaling and success measurement.

• You will identify new growth and optimization potentials in paid marketing and implement them in a customer-oriented and entrepreneurial manner.

• You will take on ad-hoc projects and support the marketing team with cross-functional tasks and strategic questions.

Your Profile

• You know how to set up, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns through your experience in a fast-growing company, such as startups or in a management consultancy/consulting firm.

• You are creative and find it easy to convince other people.

• You are characterized by an analytical, proactive, and highly solution-oriented way of working.

• You possess a natural strength in communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• You have a strong interest in building companies and a pronounced desire to learn new things.

• You have a goal-oriented way of working, a high degree of proactivity and responsibility.

• You have experience in prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment and can implement a 100% approach when working on important tasks.

• You set high quality standards for yourself and others and adopt a can-do attitude that motivates others.

• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
