Aufgaben

What you do here

• Conceptualization, steering, and continuous optimization of Google Ads campaigns in the areas of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
• Self-responsible customer management including analysis, reporting, and recommendations for action
• Identification of new potential in existing accounts, for example in structure, campaign types, testing approaches, and automation
• Tight cooperation with the SEO, Paid Social, and management teams
• Participation in pitches and new customer projects
• Knowledge exchange and professional sparring with juniors, trainees, and the team
• Participation in webinars, masterclasses, or industry events, for example through the presentation of SEA topics or best practices

Qualifikation

What you should bring with you

• You have at least 4 years of experience in SEA, ideally on an agency or online shop side, and at least 1 year on a senior level.
• You have already built up larger SEA accounts, managed them, and taken responsibility for them, ideally in e-commerce and for larger companies.
• You have a very good understanding of Google Ads, especially in the areas of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• You have experience in preparing and analyzing data
• You have experience with feed management tools like ChannelPilot, Productsup, or Channable.
• Topics like tracking and paid social are a plus.
• You can complex relationships explain in a way that is understandable to non-experts.
• You work structuredly and think strategically, take over responsibility, and bring a good project management understanding with you.
• You are team-oriented and communicative.
• You speak fluent German (at least C1) and very good English (at least B2). French is a plus.
