Klartext: Fluctuating ROAS, rising CPCs or contested markets are not an excuse for us, but a strategic challenge. We work long-term and forward-looking – with clear structure, clean tracking and a deep understanding of business models.

You won't be managing 25 accounts in the dark. Instead, you'll be working closely with 2-3 selected customers, developing them strategically and driving them forward actively. A special focus lies on Thomann Music House – here, you'll be on an equal footing, controlling significant budgets and getting the maximum out of Google Ads & Co.

Senior SEA Manager (m/w/d).

Responsibilities:

• Kundenberatung: You manage existing and new customers with sometimes 7-figure budgets

• Ads-Management: You develop, control, and optimize campaigns and keep performance and monitoring in mind

• Audits & Reporting: You conduct account and campaign audits and lead measures; You create reports using various Google tools

• Workshops: You conceptualize and lead workshops for and with our customers

• Team-Enablement: You support the training and further education of team members

• Automation & KI: You integrate automation workflows and AI tools into existing processes

Your Background:

• At least three years of experience in the SEA field

• Safe handling of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio & Google Spreadsheets

• Outstanding analytical skills and combinatorial understanding of business-relevant key figures

• Hands-on mentality and confident appearance

• Fluent German and English language skills
