Tasks

Your playground:

• Strategy Lead: You steer complex search campaigns not only operationally but also develop the roadmap for the success of our customers
• Tech & You use tracking, feed management, and conversion optimization to get the maximum out of every euro
• Sparring partner: You advise clients on an equal footing and convince in pitches through competence, not through empty phrasesInnovation: You test new features before they become mainstream, and share your knowledge with the team

Qualification

Your profile:

• Experience: At least 5 years of full-funnel SEA experience (agency experience is a plus)
• Mindset: You are analytically sharp and have drive. You don't wait for tasks; you see potential
• Language: German on C2 level is mandatory, good English is an welcome extraTools: Google Ads, SA360, Merchant Center, and tracking tools are your home
