You use our in-house Tech-DNA to lead international blue chips through the era of automated bidding strategies and predictive marketing. Aufgaben

Your playground:

• Strategy-Lead: You steer complex search campaigns not only operationally, but develop the roadmap for the success of our customers
• Tech & Data Integrity: You use tracking architectures, feed management, and cloud data to get the maximum out of every euro – valid data is your foundation
• Sparring partner: You advise clients on eye level and convince in pitches through sharp analyses, not through agency clichésInnovation: You test new features (beta phases, AI tools), before they become mainstream, and develop with our devs own solutions

Qualifikation

You bring:

• Experience: At least 5 years of full-funnel SEA experience (ideally in the agency field)
• Mindset: You are analytically brilliant and have drive. You don't wait for tasks, you see potential and technical gaps
• Tech-Skills: Google Ads, SA360, and the Merchant Center are your home. You have a deep understanding of tracking logics (GTM, server-side)Language: German on C2 level is mandatory, good English is a welcome extra
