As Sr. SEA Manager (m/w/d), you will actively shape this expectation for – for well-known customers from various industries. International, remote-first, and with real design freedom.

Tasks

• Strategic and operational management of complex search campaigns
• Development of cross-channel SEA strategies – data-based and performance-oriented
• Analysis, reporting, and continuous optimization based on clear KPIs
• Strategic consulting and further development of existing customer relationships
• Conducting pitches, customer presentations, and internal knowledge formats

Qualification

You bring with you

• At least 5 years of experience in the SEA / Search Advertising field
• Very good understanding of digital interactions, customer needs, and performance goals
• Experience with tracking, conversion optimization, and ideally feed management
• Outstanding analytical strength and joy in direct customer contact
• Structured, self-responsible working style – even in the remote environment
• Fluent German skills (C2); English skills are an asset
