Ihre Aufgaben

• Project team coaching and conducting individual coaching to promote Scrum practices and self-organization

• Consulting the Product Owner on backlog hygiene and adherence to communication and meeting rules

• Identifying and eliminating obstacles, as well as escalating unresolved impediments in Scaled Daily

• Moderating Scrum events in the project team like Daily Scrum, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement, and Sprint Planning

• Preparing and moderating scaled meetings like Product Line Weekly, Scaled Daily, and Scaled Retrospectives

• Planning and conducting on-site workshops like Hackathons and Release Plannings

• Active consulting for continuous team development and tracking of Kaizen items

• Supporting the definition, development, and documentation of Scrum-based processes like Definition of Ready and Definition of Done

• Ensuring scalability and stabilization of the agile setting in the product cluster

• Administration of Azure DevOps in the Work Management area

• Project-specific consulting for the PMO on user access management for teams and the onboarding process

• Ensuring a smooth collaboration and coordination between different Scrum project teams for a seamless workflow

• Managing shared calendars and email folders, as well as implementing communication concepts in MS Teams

• Tracking the status of project team cross-backlog items

Must-Anforderungen

• At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Experience with Scrum@Scale

• Technical affinity or experience (e.g. background in computer science)

Kann-Anforderungen

• Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g. Certified Scrum Master, PSM I or Registered Scrum Master)

• Certification as a Scrum@Scale Practitioner

• Knowledge in software architecture or software development

Weitere Informationen

The project period is from 01.06.2026 to 31.12.2026 with a planned volume of 116 performance days. The activity will take place 90% remotely and 10% on-site in Berlin or Neuenhagen. An optional extension is planned.
