Senior Scrum Master (m/w/d)

We are looking for a methodologically strong Senior Scrum Master to support a large-scale digitalization project in the field of critical infrastructure. In an organization with approximately 150 project participants and around 15 Scrum teams, you will be the driving force behind agile scaling and methodological excellence in software development.

Aufgaben

• Skalierung & Methodik: You are responsible for the operational support and further development of the scaled agile setup (focusing on Scrum@Scale) for the entire project organization.
• Synchronisation: You moderate inter-team events and actively resolve dependencies between functional units to optimize workflow and release cycles.
• Technisches Coaching: You support teams in implementing the Definition of Done while considering complex IT architectures and DevOps principles.
• Transparenz & Reporting: You establish agile metrics for controlling project progress and use professional ALM tools (e.g. Jira und Confluence) for efficient reporting.
• Stakeholder-Management: You advise the Product Owner on maintaining and prioritizing a consolidated product backlog in a multi-team environment.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: At least 4 years of proven experience in scaling Scrum in organizations with more than 5 teams.

• Methodische Expertise: In-depth knowledge of frameworks like ----- We appreciate the ability to apply agile principles flexibly to complex structures.

• Zertifizierungen:

• Advanced Scrum certification (e.g. PSM II/III, PAL-E or comparable).

• Certification as a Scrum@Scale Practitioner (Scrum Inc.) is required (or the willingness to acquire it shortly).

• Technisches Know-how: Proficient use of Jira & Confluence and understanding of software lifecycle management in an enterprise environment.

• Branchenwissen: Experience in the field of infrastructure projects, utility companies or managing technical large-scale facilities is a strong advantage.

• Sprachkenntnisse: Fluent German skills (C1) and good English skills.
