We are looking for a Senior Scrum master for my client in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands.

Please note: This role is for 40 hours per week.

- Language: English and Dutch mandatory.

The Scrum Master will be responsible for:

You're passionate about coaching teams and facilitating change, encouraging new ways of thinking and working to achieve maximum results. Fun, openness, results, and continuous improvement are key ingredients for an effective team. You collaborate closely with the Product Owner and foster a product mindset. You understand the Product Owner's and DevOps team's stakeholders like no other, with a special focus on customers. You continuously work to enhance collaboration between customers and the team!

With your eye for the current state of the team's technical landscape and its future potential, you'll work with the team to implement key aspects, such as living, meaningful definitions, acceptance criteria management, and methodologies for optimizing flow.

As a Senior Scrum Master, you contribute strategically, challenge the RTE, Product Manager, and System Architect as leaders of the BVK, and have a clear understanding of where the BVK can and should develop. You carefully consider what the BVK needs, while maintaining a focus on the Way of Working. As a Senior Scrum Master, you inspire, coach, and facilitate this development. Your style is highly flexible. You are able to apply different styles and choose the one based on the situation at hand. In addition to your own Scrum Teams, you also coach your fellow Scrum Masters in the BVK, and together you contribute to the BVK's development.

Profile:

• Completed higher vocational/university education (e.g. organizational sciences, business administration, computer science);
• Demonstrable 5 years of experience in a role as (senior) scrum master and/or agile coach;
• Demonstrable experience in applying TBR and/or Liberating Structures;
• Highly organization-sensitive and environmentally aware;
• Demonstrates enterprising and flexible behaviour and a naturally pragmatic yet positively critical attitude;
• Required certifications:
• Certified Scrum master (definitely PSM II, possibly also ACSM);
• Certified Product Owner (PSPO I, possibly also CSPO);
• Agile leadership PAL I Certification (PAL-1);
• LEAN certification (minimum Green Belt or Six Sigma Orange Belt)
• These certifications are a plus:
• DASA DevOps Fundamentals Certification;
• Kanban certification (PK I, TKP or PSK);
