Role: SAP Technical Applications Senior Manager Location: Hybrid in Guadalajara Duration Full time SAP Technical Applications Senior Manager / Technical Workstream Lead Location: Global Delivery Center – Mexico (Supporting US Pool) Role Overview / General Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Applications Senior Manager to serve as the Technical Workstream Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technical consultants, providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality delivery of SAP solutions. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining technical standards and best practices for SAP solutions • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements • Providing technical expertise and guidance to project managers and team members • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP technical applications, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
