Senior SAP Support Analyst – MM/SD & Foreign Trade (32096)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Support Analyst with a strong focus on MM/SD modules and extensive knowledge in Foreign Trade processes. This role involves providing crucial support for our export and import systems, ensuring their robust integration with SAP, and monitoring logistics operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and networking skills, and will be adept at collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient system operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for Foreign Trade Systems (Export and Import), including but not limited to eComex, Recof, ImportSys, and SIDOM, ensuring their robust integration with SAP SD and MM modules.
• Monitor logistics systems, specifically the CEVA system for North America operations.
• Actively cooperate with internal and external service providers to ensure efficient system operations and problem resolution.
• Facilitate the integration of shared services with SAP development areas, contributing to continuous system improvement and evolution.
